Your questions, answered.

What can I do with SETUPBILINGS?

Create quotations and invoices, manage item and supplier records, record receipts, and review your business reports. Your customer account manages businesses, package selection and subscription payments.

When does my workspace become available?

Choose a package, sign in and complete payment. Your customer account and business workspace open only after the server verifies an active paid subscription. Starting a trial or an unfinished checkout does not unlock them.

How much do the plans cost?

The initial base price is ₹149 for one month, ₹1,609.20 for one year after a 10% discount, or ₹2,860.80 for two years after a 20% discount. Current published package prices and configured taxes are shown before payment.

Can I choose what my team can access?

Yes. The platform administrator sets package module allowances and limits. Within each business, member roles and permissions determine the work each team member can perform.

Are the free tools really free?

The quotation, proforma and delivery challan tools, calculators, and sample templates can be used without a paid subscription. They are separate from the saved business records inside the billing app.

Does SETUPBILINGS file my GST returns?

GST working reports help you prepare and review your figures. The provider connector supports selected GST operations with authorised credentials. Full return filing and standalone e-way bills are pending.

Can I use the software on my phone?

Download the Android preview build from the Downloads page, or use the mobile web workspace. The connected app requires your website address, account sign-in and an active paid subscription. Physical device acceptance remains pending.

What happens when my subscription ends?

Your linked businesses become read only. Historical records remain available to view and export. A verified renewal restores the access allowed by the purchased package.

Will my plan renew automatically?

Current purchases and renewals are prepaid, manual payments. Automatic recurring mandates are pending. You can review your saved orders and payment history in the customer account.
